Sungai Palas

Sungai Palas is a tea plantation situated on the Titiwangsa mountain range, the backbone of Peninsula Malaysia. At Sungai Palas, Cameron Highlands the air is refreshingly cool and crisp compared to the warm Malaysian lowlands. The scent of fresh tea leaves from the tea bush permeates the air, mixing with the drier scent of dried tea. Tea lovers could inhale lungfuls of the tea scent in Sungai Palas and derive so much happiness similar to the satisfaction of a good cup of tea. Every now and then the mountain breeze brings wafts of cool floral fruitiness from the adjacent strawberry and fruit farms that is simply refreshing and delightful for the soul.
